Alexa here! The Networking Blueprint was created based on my research into how different personality types best engage with one another. As the founder of CRE615, a 2000-person industry networking organization, I saw the need for individuals to network to different ways.
As the organization grew I became obsessed with finding different ways to help members network and began researching how different personality types best engage with one another.
I am a Nashville native who got her start in commercial real estate in 2017 via commercial property management. I was a misdiagnosed extrovert who was struggling to build my professional network.
Fast forward to 2025 and The Networking Blueprint was born!
